| Meadow Gates does not currently take in dogs and cats. We just do not have the facilities to house them all. The dogs and cats on these adoption pages were either rescued from euthanasia at the local animal control shelter, or were accepted prior to the decision to restrict their intake. Meadow Gates hopes to be able to accomodate both dogs and cats at a later date when funding becomes available and facilities can be provided.
